Cancellation Policy

PUBLIC PARTIES:  If for some reason you cannot attend a party, please call ahead to cancel. We would be happy to credit you for a future class, but we require 24 hours notice to do so.  Many of our classes have waiting lists and we can usually fill your seat if you cannot attend.

PRIVATE PARTIES: Please note that our class fee is non-refundable. We have prepared and purchased supplies specifically for your party and cannot give credit for those participants who fail to attend the party.  Those who cannot attend are welcome to gift their spot to a friend.

The  organizer is responsible for the difference in fees if 8 or more people do not sign up for their party.

FUNDRAISERS:  Unfortunately we cannot give any refunds or credits if you cannot attend a fundraiser.  The proceeds of the party are provided to the charity as a donation.
